FOOD: Ramadan Dinner at Nook, Aloft hotel @ Kuala Lumpur Sentral ( Chef's A-list Malaysian Feast Ramadan Buffet 2015)

Located centrally within the bustling Kuala Lumpur Sentral with it's modern decorations and settings, Nook at Aloft will be ready to take you and your friends and family on a gastronomic Ramadan dinner journey!

Chef Adri and team at Nook, Aloft has decided to feature some traditional local Malay delicacies, succulent barbecue, seafood delights and juicy roasted whole lamb.The buffet line-up offers an extensive selection of Malay dishes and regional specialties, along with appetizers, salad, condiments, breads, soups, main dishes, action counters and desserts.

These prawns are so fresh that I even topped it up 3 more times!

Some sauces to go with the fresh prawns. My favorite is the thousand Island sauce.

Adding in more local delights into the buffet, offering Chef’s star dishes such as Stuffed Whole Lamb Kuzi served with Nasi Briyani, Beef Shin Rendang, Sambal Udang Petai, Nook’s steamed chicken rice with condiments, Turmeric Nasi Lemak, Sarawak Laksa and not forgetting, Nook’s fun Ice Kacang

Roast lamb is a MUST have at a Ramadan Buffet. A whole lamb from New Zealand marinated and spread a layer of Nook's very own caramelized sauce.

The Ramadan month is just around the corner. Being at the heart of the city center of Kuala Lumpur, Kembali Kitchen at Ramada Plaza Dua Central would definitely be the ideal place to buka puasa!

I was invited for the media preview last week and it was a "scrumptious-licious" meal that night! Please let me do show you my dining experience there at Kembali Kitchen.

Spacious, bright, comfy place for your great dining experience! Suitable for gatherings with friends and family or even company dinner too!

Chefs of Kembali Kitchen lead by Sous Chef Zainuddin B.Abu Bakar is prepared to take you on a gourmet journey with a myriad of mouth-watering cuisines for your dining indulgence. Serving approximately 60-80 different types of both local and international flavors on the buffet spread this year. The dishes on the buffet spread all on a rotation basis daily for some new flavors exclusively for their very own in-house guest who may stay for a period of time.

Yes! You read that right! The best thing here is, they also serve succulent and tender roasted lamb marinated with Rosemary sauce just for you! There will also be a whole roast lamb during the buka puasa season!

And not forgetting also some of the desserts that is being served that night!

You can opt to customize your very own bowl of ice kacang with many different condiments! They also serve strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream too!

You can mix and match your favorite fruits together with some rojak sauce in the wooden bowl of your choice!
