Recently I was invited for a Ramadan Buffet Media Preview @ Premiere Hotel, Klang.
Being a prominent landmark in the royal town of Klang, Senior Sous Chef Mohd Rosnan and his team decided to feature a few of our late Tan Sri P. Ramlee favourite dishes to be on the buffet spread.

This has got to be one of my favourite dish here! To be honest, this has got to be one of the best Rendang Tok I've tried so far! It's flavourful chunky beef is best eaten with some rice or lemang.

Roasted Whole Lamb marinated with Persian Spices
The lamb is served with either a black pepper or sweet & sour sauce
. Besides, to complete the gastronomic experience, discerning diners can also enjoy a myriad of delicacies from 11 live action hawker stalls and a variety of traditional desserts such as the mouth-watering Serawa Durian dengan Pulut, ABC dengan ais krim, Kuih Muih Tradisional Melayu, Pengat Pisang and much more.
