#Travelpost: My 2nd day in Krabi - Hong Island - Night street food

It's the 2nd day here at Krabi and it's also the day that we are looking forward to! We opted to do a whole day tour of Hong Island instead of the half-day tour of 4 islands hopping as a whole day tour would be more relax and less rush. Since this is a free & easy vacation, we prefer to spend a little more time to enjoy the scenery of the island.

Hong island is located approximately 30 minutes boat ride from Ao Nang beach. This Hong Island tour consist of 4 stops where the first stop would be a snorkeling spot where we got the opportunity to snorkel around the are to witness the marine life beneath. Just a friendly reminder to those who wish to snorkel in this area, there are TONS OF SEA URCHINS at the sea base! So just be extra careful whenever you're snorkeling around here. We managed to dropped by to some beautiful beaches before heading back to our hotel and I managed to capture some picturesque scenery of the beach!

Finally it's time for dinner! We decided to have some street snacks tonight after spending a day at the beach.

One of the MUST TRY whenever you're in Thailand is this "Salt-coated grill fish"! This is one of my personal favorite among the many different Thailand delicacies.

Here's a top view of our dishes for the night!

We ended our night with some chilled Chang beer toast at Full Moon Bar located at Ao Nang beach while enjoying the live jazz music.

  1. Hi! I'm Thien Nguyen from Vietnam. Thanks so much for your sharing. It's very interesting and useful. When planning to visit Sapa, Vietnam - a poetic spot in the northern part of the country, live it up to every moment in the town with Sapa nightlife with top vibrant bars. These surely bring you such relaxing and memorable experiences.

Hope to see you soon in Vietnam!
