With the new First World Tower 2 Annexe Resort World, Resort World Genting is set to be the largest integrated resort in the region and will stamp its mark all over again with the new features it offers ranging from accommodations to entertainment and food & beverages.
From the moment you walked into the hotel, you would be impressed with the contemporary setting in the lobby, complete with 3D television visuals, chill and relaxing musics and a designer's featured wall.
Clean, comfy and modern design of the room
Phase 1 of the extension opened with 412 rooms and the balance of 874 is targeted to open soon, bringing the total of 1,286 rooms. The overall number of rooms at the hotel will ultimately be 7,351 - making it the largest hotels in the world!
Elegant simplicity greets guests in their room. The new annex makes better use of space, compared to the initial two tower of First World Hotel. Designed to be functional but yet chic, the guest rooms come in lively and vibrant splashes of color and designs. The intention is to create a standard hotel experience through the enhanced room interior that is centered on a great bed to ensure a good night rest!
First World Tower 2 Annex has undergone about one-and-a-half years of planning and renovations at the cost of approximately RM300 million! With that, guests can now expect a trendy and chic three-star hotel.
This definitely marks a new milestone from the time the first wing of the hotel opened in the year 2000. Previously, it was just a basic hotel which provide comfortable, clear and affordable rooms. Later on, there were demands for higher quality rooms which brings about these changes.
Spacious and comfortable setting of the room
Besides, we were given the opportunity to visit the World Club room too! The World Club room is obviously very spacious with 2 queen sized bed in it. A luxurious and modern feel to it upon stepping into the room.
