FOOD: Pretz n' Beanz Cafe @ Ikano Power Center, Mutiara Damansara

Pretz & Beanz

As the name suggest, here they specialized on Pretzels and Coffee beans! Read on to find out more!

Pretz & Beanz was previously known as Chilla Cup which was famous for it's whipped cream toast. I'm back here again trying their all-new menu!

Comfortable sofa where you can dine just outside the restaurant.

Spearheaded by Anna Chong and her husband, the idea of starting a cafe came about from just merely a dream. Currently, Pretz n' Beanz is available in Solaris Mon't Kiara and Ikano Power Center.

 Chicken Hawaiian Pretzel Pizza
  7" - RM15.80
10" - RM22.15

Freshly baked pretzel dough topped with pizza sauce, chicken ham, pineapple cubes and generous amount of mozzarella cheese!

This was indeed one of the best pizza i've ever tasted! I like how chewy the pretzel dough which gives this pizza more kick to it compared to the usual dough other pizza chains uses.

 BBQ Chicken Pretzel Pizza
7" - RM15.80
10" - RM22.15

 Smoked Salmon Aglio-Olio Spaghetti

Patrons can choose from a choice of 3 different toppings;
1. Mushroom - RM17.90
2. Prawn - RM28.50
3. Smoked Salmon - RM26.40

I have always been a fan of aglio-olio! The combination of smoked salmon with Aglio-olio definitely gave it some extra texture and taste to this plate of goodness. However, I personally felt that the aglio-olio here seems to be slightly moist compared to others.

 Champignon Baked Egg
RM17.90

Served with baked eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese. For those of you who love cheese and mushroom, this might just be it! Creamy and rich dish, a perfect combination of mushroom with cheese to fill your tummy!

Green Curry Chicken Pretzel n' Stew
RM17.90

Pretzel has always been my "to-go" snacks whenever I'm outside at the mall. I personally find this very unique due to the combination of Green Curry with pretzels. However, I felt that the consistency could be slightly thicker but the taste was good.

 Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel
RM6.25

I realised the pretzels here taste very different from other pretzel chains. Try it for your self!

Volcano Burger

A multi-grain bun filled with creamy chicken stew and some fresh salsa to top it off for a fresher look to this "burger". Great dish for those looking for a healthier meal (not including the french fries! HAHA!). This dish is best eaten when it's hot, as it'll get a tad bit soggy later on.

Event: Night of Fright 3 @ Sunway Lagoon

THREE TIMES THE FEAR, THREE TIMES THE CHAOS!

~Sunway Lagoon, Night of Fright 3: Festival of Fear~

Recently, I visited one of the most anticipated yet "Terrifying" event of the year - NIGHT OF FRIGHT 3! If you're looking for some thrills and Chills in conjunction with the Halloween, be sure to check this out!

This is my first time visiting an event as such giving me some adrenaline pump throughout the night! The epicenter of all things evil during Nights of Fright 3, Lynton V Harris Scream Park is featuring the all new KEVIL HILL…a cryonic vision of the future gone dangerously wrong! KEVIL HILL- where evil lives!

Be sure to head to Terrortory-X, for a feast of fright with the very scary, “Escape from Pudu 2 as even more deranged and hungry inmates join last year’s scariest attraction. Plus, the all-time favourite, “The Mummy’s Revenge Tomb of Terror - in 3D!”.  Terrortory-X is also home to the new TOXIC- The Scariest Place Unearthed – a devastated wasteland where chainsaw wielding mutants have destroyed everything in their sights!

You can feel a chill in the air stepping into Pirate Jack’s Locker O’ Lanterns, as the pirate zombies refuse to let go of their lost treasure in an atmosphere clouded with despair and desperation.

Death Port is no place for the faint-hearted. All sorts of criminals were brutally executed here, and the corpses have been left there to serve as a warning that nothing stays dead for long!

And if that’s not enough to get your hearts racing, Nights of Fright 3 is bringing in Sadako – Japan’s creepiest ghost. Sadako Dori is your worst nightmare come to life. So when the slit-mouthed woman painfully asks ‘Am I pretty’ answer correctly, and whatever you do, do not look into the well!

Visitors may dress up in their spookiest outfitsto attendNights of Fright 3* at only RM58 per person, while enjoying unlimited rides and attractions that are available throughout the Amusement Park.

Daytime park guests who wish to “Feel the Fear” at Nights of Fright 3 on the same evening as their visit, may enjoy a special rate at only RM35.

Nights of Fright 3: Festival of Fear @ Sunway Lagoon is happening on the whole month of October

(2nd, 3rd, 8th-10th, 15th-17th, 22nd-24th and 29th-31st October 2015)

from 7.30pm - 11.30pm.

Last but not least, this event is recommended for guests above 12 years old.  Visitors dressed in their coolest and spookiest costumes will not be allowed to wear face masks or theatrical makeup to the event nights.

FOOD: Madame Waffle @ Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur

Great news to all Waffles lover out there!!! Do read on if you're one!

Artisan Liege Waffles baked with Premium Japanese ingredients for your dining pleasure

Madame Waffle is no longer a foreign brand ever since May 2015, the brand launched its 3rd store in The Gardens Mall. Today, Madame Waffle is proud to announce their new branch recently opened at Mid Valley Megamall (same floor as GSC Cinemas new location).

Great place to hangout with friends and family

Spacious and comfortable settings of the place. The only turn off here is that it's located beside the arcade game center where it might get a little noisy when the arcade center is pack especially during school holidays.

Ice Belgian Chocolate
RM12.50

For those non-coffee drinker, this would be the drink for you while your coffee lover friends enjoys their cuppa. A very smooth and "chocola-tie" feel which has a slight coffee after taste. Just perfectly unique and it was one of my favourite of the night!

 Dark Chocolate Mocha Hot
RM11.00

Madame Waffle aims to bring about a concept of waffle & coffee with the intention to enhance the snack industry in Southeast Asia. Therefore, here at Madame Waffle, they serve 100% Arabica coffee beans, specialty grade coffee. However, last month, Chye Yuan Feng (barista at Madame Waffle), Winner of 2013 Aeropress Championship and his team decided to give its patrons a higher quality coffee by roasting a new blends with some other expensive beans.
