Season's Greetings & Welcome The New Year at The Armada Petaling Jaya!

Once again, it's time to experience the magic of Christmas together! Share this wonderful season of festivities with friends, family and colleagues over a sumptous meal in a beautifully decorated venue prepared by the team at Utara Coffee House at the Armada Petaling Jaya Hotel.

Yet another place I recently came across which offer Christmas & New Year Buffet dinner specials! Previously, I've been to Big Apple @ Berjaya Times Square (link as below) which also offer Christmas specials during this festive season!

With the extensive range of delicious salads and fresh seafood, traditional Christmas meats and decedents desserts, expect to dig in in to a range of choices including the Roasted Turkey with Chestnut, Dried Fruits and Bread stuffing and all the trimmings, Crustacean mushroom, roast duck roulade with coconut oil drizzle, gratinated oyster with spinach, beef meat loaf with Glazed shallots, Crab Cannelloni and pumpkin & Hazelnut pilaf rice to name a few.

The meal would not be complete without indulging in some dessert favourites such as Christmas Pudding with Custard sauce, the classic Yule Log Cake, Fruit mince pies, and a delicious Lemon Meringue Pie.

You can also opt to go to "The Merchant" located just above Utara Coffee house for a drink (or two) before your dinner while enjoying the performance!

In a nut shell, a little humble little opinion from me, Armada Hotel offers a wide range of food and a great place to celebrate this coming festive seasons especially with it's LIVE PERFORMANCE by Roy Chew and Christmas Carolling by THE CITY TARBENACLE CAROLERS on Christmas Eve to set the mood right for the night :)

Food: Chinese Reunion dinner at The Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya

- GOLDEN ABUNDANCE - CHINESE NEW YEAR REUNION DINNER AT THE ARMADA PETALING JAYA -

In celebration of the Year of the Rooster, celebrate with a golden abundance of Cantonese cuisine at Utara Coffee House where a decadent Chinese New Year dinner buffet which also includes an International spread awaits.

From 3rd January till 11th February 2017, buffet line at Utara Coffee House will be featuring a wide variety of ‘good luck’ dishes leading up to the Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner such as Steamed Chicken with Keong Chung, Chinese Longevity Noodles with Kow Wong, Deep fried Whole Fish with Cheong Cheng Sauce, Treasures Hot Pot ( Poon Choy ), Roast Duck with Plum Sauce, Stir-fried Prawns with Butter Coconut Flakes, and Stir-fried Black Pepper Crabs to name a few.

In addition, kick off a prosperous new year by raising your chopsticks and Loh Hei to boost good luck and prosperity with exciting Yee Sang Selections. I personally love the King Salmon and Coral clams with Special Ayam Percik sauce version! The ayam percik sauce have done a good job by giving yee sang a different twist to it! It's unique and one of a kind in a good way! Try it for yourself :)
